feta find
For the longest time, I’ve been quite happy using Sainsbury’s Be Good to Yourself reduced-fat “salad cheese”, which is really just a word for feta.
That was until I tried Salakis Light – it’s still reduced-fat, but the texture is much creamier and tends not to get all rigid on the sides. It’s got 50% less fat than the standard Salakis. It’s made by President, which is primarily known for its French cheeses like Swiss. But I really recommend it.
