curry powder to the rescue

It's amazing what curry powder can do to a leg of chicken and a couple of parsnips. All you need is a few tablespoons of this magic dust, rubbed on and under the skin of the chicken, which then goes into the oven for 45 minutes alongside some parsnips.

Serve it alongside some steamed frozen green beans and you've got a great weeknight twist on meat and two veg.
